Another night. Another patrol but this time Mel is more alert and determined than usual. As she walks with her watcher through the graveyard she inspects every grave and every patch of ground for any recent signs of digging or a hole where a body used to be.

"Guess this feels like old times for you, huh?" Mel asked.

"I think we need a new form," Xander said, poking through the paperwork drawer. "A Fill This Out When You Move Out So I Actually Know The Apartment's Empty form."

Anakin was following Vladdie through the graveyard on the way back to the house.

Just like he'd been following Vladdie as he sniffed every Interesting Thing!, Shiny Thing! and Potential Food Thing! all evening.

"Come on, boy," he said, rolling his eyes. "There are equally exciting pieces of dust at home. We've been out here for an hour."

Once again, he's at the start of the causeway. He reaches out with one hand, and instead of the wall he's been met with during every other attempt, this time it gives way. He pushes his way through the barrier, until finally, finally- he's on the other side.

The barrier had once again proved uncrossable, though it *had* yielded slightly this time. Discouraging, but progress was progress, he supposed.

And now he was wandering around, curious to see if there was anyone else out this late who could be of any use to him.

After all the information was finally gathered, five groups left the library armed with the spell that would hopefully banish all the shadows from the island once and for all.

The sun was already gone and it was pretty cool outside, maybe more so than normal. For now however, nothing seemed to be moving in the shadows.

The glowing indicator from Willow's locator spell leads the group to the Rocky Bits at the edge of the island and to the mouth of a cave.

Anders had taken over the largest table he could find and pulled up a good number of chairs. Conner and Parker were supposed to be here, at least, and hopefully the people they'd contacted would make it as well.

There was planning to do, and for that? Caffeine was definitely needed. So any drinks for this group would be on Anders tonight.
